Payment Methods:

Return Policy Highlights:
Unused and unopened products may be returned within 7 days of delivery.
A 33% restocking fee applies.

Inks and toners are non-returnable.
Incorrect ordering is not a valid reason for return.

Damaged Shipments:
Note visible damage with the delivery driver.
Photograph the damage thoroughly (all sides, labels, interior).
Keep all packaging for verification.
Dead on Arrival / Malfunctions:
Initial troubleshooting may resolve the issue.
Remote diagnostics may be offered.
Refunds are issued only after inspection and serial number confirmation.
